Let's have some quick fun !
If we use this definition for intuitive, "Intuition is the ability to acquire knowledge without inference, or the use of reason".
- Then logically: "We insure buttons are intuitively active" would mean the buttons are actively seeking to acquire knowledge (-for short)
- In order for this to occur - The button must sense how you clicked on the button and make a determination as to your mind-set, and intentions using known variables such as pressure sensitivity, heat signatures, heart rate etc.
- How can your mouse translate that information through the the internet where the "Button" would make a smart decision. If that were possible, that type of technology would be locked away in area 51 (eh?).
- What it really means is the buttons will work. LOL
So when you visit the page of a web design firm,
and the language seems impressively complex. Take a minute to explore what they are really saying. "We insure buttons are intuitively active" is found on an existing web design firms web site. What they are claiming to perform is an impossibility. Maybe its just a misuse of language, or maybe they are trying to give you what a guy I know calls the "Willie Foo Foo".
Impressive looking language that literally means nothing.
Don't get caught in the Willie Foo Foo. Keep it simple.
Why not just say that "we'll make sure everything is working"?
